The service accepts your media and instructions to generate or edit images and, where included in your plan, videos. Features, limits, quality and credit cost are presented before purchase or generation. AI output is variable, may contain errors and is not evidence of a real event.

You must provide accurate account information and protect your login. Minors may purchase only where permitted by applicable law and with any required guardian authorisation. The paid creator programme is restricted to adults aged 18 or over.

An eligible account receives one free image generation at the highest available setting and priority in the queue. The image is generated at 4K and may be upscaled up to 8K; it is not natively generated at 8K. This does not start an automatic subscription. Abusive repeat trials may be restricted.

Monthly plans are Discovery with 2,000 credits, Essential with 5,000 and Ultimate with 20,000. The price and billing currency displayed for your location are fixed amounts, not exchange-rate estimates. The annual total and billing currency are shown before checkout. Credits are internal usage units, not money and not transferable.

Before confirmation, checkout shows the plan or item, price, billing frequency, applicable taxes and entitlements. Stripe processes payment; PALDAVO does not receive your complete card number. Paid access starts after confirmed payment. Failed or refunded orders may result in related access and credits being withdrawn as permitted by law.

Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until cancelled. You can cancel in Billing or by contacting support before renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewals; access normally remains through the paid period. Unused periodic credits are not redeemable for cash and may expire under the terms presented before purchase.

Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, you may exercise them within 14 days after concluding the contract by writing to the contact above, subject to legally applicable exceptions for digital content or services begun with the required express consents. Merely creating an account is not a waiver. Mandatory consumer rights and legal guarantees remain unaffected.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted media, brands and likenesses. You retain rights you already own and grant PALDAVO and necessary processors a limited, non-exclusive licence to process inputs to provide the service, secure it and comply with law. Exclusive ownership of AI output is not guaranteed. Check and, where required, label AI output before sharing.

Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, fraud, fake documents or evidence, and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. PALDAVO may refuse a request, remove content or restrict an account for a legitimate reason; support can review disputes. See the content policy.

We use reasonable care to provide the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular generation time or an outcome. Nothing here excludes mandatory legal rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support first if a problem arises.

PALDAVO is established in France. French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence. Consumer complaint, mediation and court rights remain governed by applicable law. Details of PALDAVO’s appointed consumer mediator must be supplied before consumer sales open in France.
